by Gaetan Bloom and Kevin James
The simplicity of this trick is just sheer genius from France's National Treasure Gaeton Bloom. Sight gags are priceless and the Inexhaustible sponge breathes new life into an old classic. At any time you can wipe your forehead with the sponge and squeeze it over a bucket, producing large amounts of water from the sponge.
That's the old and timeless comedy gag you probably know...but there's more. You leave the sponge on the tray and with no cover, switches or suspicious moves you are able to repeat the gag just moments later, producing more and more water from the sponge each time. You have turned a good sight gag into a more effective running gag.
But there is even more! At the end of the your act you can grab the bucket full of water and throw it out over the audience surprising them when a shower of dry white confetti flutters out of the bucket to a screaming, enthusiastic (and relieved) response!!!
This is repeatable as many times as you wish. The props look very normal and are easily recognizable. At the end of your act, after squeezing lots of water out of the sponge, you can produce a huge block of ice with a selected card frozen inside. There is no sleight of hand required, anyone can perform this in minutes. This is perfect for magicians, emcees, comedians and clowns.
Comes with tray, special sponge and instructions. You supply the bucket and water.
